Todd A. Chermak

Todd A. Chermak is a member of the firm’s trial team and practices in the area of plaintiff personal injury law.  His experience includes arbitration, mediation and trial work.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a Law Clerk at the State’s Attorney Office Torts/Civil Rights Division.  Following that, he was a court advocate at the South Suburban YWCA where he worked with victims of sexual assault and domestic violence.

Todd earned his undergraduate degree from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois and his Juris Doctorate degree from the John Marshall Law School in 2007. Todd is a member of the American Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
