The Practice
Our firm represents a variety of clients, including individuals, classes of individuals or shareholders, closely-held and publicly traded corporations, pension funds, and municipalities. Presently, we have 13 attorneys with a combined
150 years of legal experience to serve you at our three convenient locations. The Vrdolyak Law Group has extensive experience in various areas of law, including:
- Personal Injury
- Workers' Compensation
- Medical Malpractice
- Wrongful Death
- Class and Multiparty Litigation
- Divorce and Family Law
- Municipal Law
- Estate Planning
In addition to the above areas of practice, the Vrdolyak Law Group represents
plaintiffs and defendants in general and complex litigation matters. If your rights have been violated or you find that you have been sued by someone else, the Vrdolyak Law Group may provide the legal help you need. Once we begin our representation, we will assemble relevant information and conduct extensive research to determine if there are recent developments in the particular area of the law, which would enable us to determine the likelihood of success. We provide vital assistance in all stages of litigation for both in court and out of court practices such as investigation, pleadings, hearings, motions, depositions, settlement discussions, pre-trials and trials.
We also have extensive experience handling many transactional matters including real estate, corporate and contractual cases. Our attorneys have and continue to handle virtually all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, namely, purchases and sales, leasing, lending and development. Additionally if you need to set up a corporation or limited liability company, start-up or sell a business, and require assistance with the myriad of issues related thereto, the Vrdolyak Law Group can help. Fees in general and complex litigation and transactional matters are typically billed on an hourly basis as determined by the responsible attorney(s) hourly rate.
The practice of law today has moved to become a more specialized industry. There are less "general practice" attorneys who will try to handle any matter that comes to them. With
thirteen attorneys, we are flexible enough where our attorneys concentrate in specific areas of practice to provide competent, informed and experienced counsel to our clients across a number of different areas. When you call or e-mail us and tell us the type of matter requiring assistance, we'll have one of our attorneys in that particular area promptly respond to you, or if possible, refer your matter to another attorney upon your request. initial consultations are free and without obligation until you decide to employ our services.
