The Vrdolyak Law Group Recovers Over $1.3 Million for Client Who was Turned Away From Other Law Firms

CHICAGO, March 16, 2017 - The Vrdolyak Law Group recovered over $1.3 million for an Illinois woman who fell into a hole on public property. The fall aggravated an existing condition in her knee.

The Illinois woman contacted a number of other law firms all of whom declined to take her case. They told her that "cases like these very rarely settle, and are even harder to win at jury trial." She then contacted the Vrdolyak Law Group who is known for aggressively fighting insurance companies on behalf of injured clients.

"Clients come to us all the time who have been turned away by other law firms for not having big enough or easy enough cases to win. We have over a fifty-year track record of winning difficult cases that other firms have given up on," said Peter Vrdolyak, Partner.

After the Vrdolyak Law Group took the case, the defendant offered to settle for a half-million dollars. That settlement was rejected, and the Vrdolyak Law Group kept fighting. "The Vrdolyak Law Group put their own money at risk, and spent thousands of their own dollars to get my mom's case to a jury trial," said the woman's daughter.

Once at trial, the Vrdolyak Law Group presented the client's case, and the jury returned a verdict that stated that the Illinois woman's damages were in excess of $1.3 million.
